Let’s talk about Special Designated Liquor Licenses, better known as SDL’s.
First, the Nebraska Liquor Control Commission (NLCC) has a deadline of at least seven days prior to the date of the event for applicants to submit their approved application. This does not include weekends, holidays or the date of the event.
To determine whether or not you need an SDL for your event, the following FAQ have been provided by the NLC:
