The City of Wayne has declared a Snow Emergency beginning at 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 8 for all city streets other than the downtown area.
The downtown area will have a Snow Emergency go into effect at 5 p.m. today (Monday).
The snow emergency be in effect until further notice.
All vehicles shall be removed from the streets to allow crews to remove snow the entire width of the street. Cars left on the streets are subject to being towed to allow for snow removal operations.
