The Wayne Green Team invites all surrounding communities to its annual electronics recycling collection on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 8 to 10 a.m. (or earlier if truck fills up).
The event is at the FNBO parking lot at 1100 East 10th Street in Wayne. Enter the parking lot from the west to unload, then exit to the east onto Hillside Drive.
Bring your old TVs, computers, cell phones, printers, cords and more to recycle right and keep electronics out of the landfill, where they can be hazardous to soil and groundwater. See the full list of acceptable items at www.cityofwayne.org/594/Electronics.
The Wayne Green Team suggests a donation of $10 per household or $50 per business load of reasonable size.
