March into this spring with a blood donation

Posted

As we bid farewell to winter’s chill and spring begins to blossom, LifeServe Blood Center invites the community to celebrate the season of renewal by replenishing the blood supply.

In the spirit of St. Patrick's Day, we encourage donors to embrace the luck of being a LifeServe donor. When you donate blood with LifeServe, you’ll enjoy the luck that comes with giving back, knowing that every donation brings good fortune to a local hospital patient in their time of need.

March brings the spring equinox and what better way to celebrate the season of growth and rejuvenation than by taking advantage of spring break to perform a selfless act such as donating blood?

LifeServe Blood Center recognizes that this time of year is often associated with vacations and relaxation, making it the perfect opportunity to contribute to the community while enjoying a break from routine. Add to your spring break memories by leaving a lasting impact on someone's life in your community and earn double points when you donate March 11-16.

March 6: Wakefield Community Wakefield Christian Church, 1:30 to 6 p.m.;
