Locker life

Decorating lockers livened up the Laurel halls this week as the cheerleaders sponsored a locker decorating contest. Students were to keep the idea of "Think Spring" in mind while decorating the outside of their lockers. Miss Hamilton and the cheerleaders thought of the idea so students would not dread the winter. Since the snow started melting because of the nice weather, the cheerleaders wanted to get students and teachers excited about spring. The students and teachers who decorated their lockers and doors kept the theme in mind; some of them also showed some school spirt. They put up sayings like "We care about our bears" and "No 'beans' about it, we love our bears!"
