The City of Wayne declared a snow emergency for all City streets on Monday, Jan. 8. The snow emergency will likely last into at least part of the day on Tuesday, Jan. 9 with high winds in the forecast. Snow plow workers have been out all afternoon and morning to clean up the roads.
