The Wayne County Sheriff's Office is investigating a two vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of 861st Road and 574th Avenue northwest of Wayne.
Two people were injured in the accident and transported to Providence Medical Center.
Also assisting at the scene was the Wayne Volunteer Fire Department.
