A number of area athletes were honored by the Nebraska School Activities Association on their spring Academic All-State list.
Area athletes selected include:

LCC – Billy Barelman and Trey Erwin, boys golf; Barelman and Abigail Bloom, music; Jordan Jansen and Charlie Stanley, boys track and field; Kaci Groene and Bayley Holloway, girls track and field.
Wayne – Caden Korth and Tyler Lutt baseball; Sylvia Jager and Meg Osnes, music; William Anderson and Colby Keiser, boys track and field; Kiara Hochstein and Danica Schaefer, girls track and field.
Winside – Alexandra Bargstadt and Callie Finn, girls track and field.
