Wayne County crews were at the Wayne County Fairgrounds on Monday removing the trees and the grandstand and doing dirtwork. This is in preparation for a new, larger grandstand to be put into place this year. The plan calls for the work to be completed prior to this year's Wayne County Fair, July 26-30.
