The Wayne American Legion is holding a flag burning ceremony during hte first night of the Wayne County Fair next Wednesday evening, July 27.
The ceremony will be in the grandstand area at the Wayne County Fairgrounds at 7:45 p.m. Those who have any old, worn or tattered flags can bring them to State Nebraska Bank, the Wayne Post Office or Bailey's Hair & Nails by Tuesday at 5 p.m. The Legion will pick them up and take them out to the fairgrounds for next week's ceremony.
