More puppies than they can handle
Members of the Scott Schultz family of rural Wayne were surprised last week when their Blond Lab "Taffy" delivered 16 puppies in one
healthy litter. Schultz children Alex, one, and Breinne, eight, feel ecstatic about the number of puppies in their home.
Schultz said the veterinarian told him Taffy will not be able to rear the near record litter and they will have to find new homes for all but ten of the little labs. Schultz said they are looking for people who would be willing to adopt and bottle feed some of the little ones for free.
