Open House
Members of the Wayne Housing Authority and the Villa Wayne executive director were preparing to conduct tours of the new low-rent housing facilities for senior citizens Sunday.
In attendance was Frank Pederson, Vice-Chairman of the Housing Authority, and George Thorbeck, President.
Howard Witt, George Macklin, Wilmer Marra and Mrs. Elsie Echtenkamp, Villa Wayne executive director, were also present.
Over 300 persons signed the guest book and enjoyed refreshments of cookies, coffee and punch donated by the tenants and directors' wives.
