National Appaloosa Queen Mary Walsh is spending several days visiting relatives in Wayne before heading for Omaha Friday to reign over Expo Appaloosa '74, the association's four-day national meeting. Miss Walsh, 19, is the niece of Anton Netherda and the granddaughter of Mrs. Nora Netherda of Wayne. Miss Walsh was named queen in competition with state winners last July, scoring higher on the written examination than any queen in recent years.
