130 Attend Modeling Program

About 130 4-H members and leaders from Wayne, Dixon, Cedar, Thurston and Dakota Counties turned out for the modeling training program held at the city auditorium Monday. The program was co-sponsored by the University of Nebraska Northeast Station at Concord and Simplicity Pattern Company.

Joycelyn Smith represented the Northeast Station and Dorothy Jones, 4-H stylist for the pattern company, conducted the program.

Serving as models at a concluding style show were Sally Kenny, Judy Janke, Deanna Erwin, Lee Ann Owens, Carol Splittgerber, Sally Finn, Gail Grone, Brenda Gaunt, Vicki Holtgrew, Kathy Anderson, Ruth Bruner, Linda Baler, Joycelyn Smith and Cheryl Kahl. Twentyfive garments were modeled.

Miss Baier from the Northeast Station and Miss Kahl from The Wayne County Agent's office, are work-study students from the University.
