Evangelism Program Set

The Rev. and Mrs. Willard Grant, Covenant Youth Evangelists, will be at the Wakefield Covenant Church this Sunday evening through Friday, to present a Viking Voyage
series for area young people.

The Grants program, to begin at 7 p.m. nightly, will feature marionettes, chalk talks, singing, and other activities in which the youth can take part. All area youth are invited to attend.

Since the Grant's visit to Norway and Sweden in 1966, they have spent muchtime researching Viking history and explorations, and have used this material as background for their presentations. The stories have been written by Mrs. Grant and the marionettes, each two feet tall, have been fashioned by Mr. Grant, who also made the stage properties.

Daughter Maurren fashioned the marionette costumes.

The marionette stage, scenery and lighting equipment, the Grant's own costumes and other properties totaling 10,000 pounds are carried in a trailer which the couple pulls behind their station wagon.

Parents are invited to attend the nightly programs with their children.
