Allen Graduation hosts overseas guest
Graduation day at Allen High School last Sunday was made extra special for exchange student Lars Funke with a close friend of his mother's among those witnessing the occasion.
Anne Maas of Geseke, Germany is visiting in the United States and spent several days in Allen with Lars and his American hosts, Truman and Darlene Fahrenholz.
Anne and Lars are planning to tour the United States before returning to their home in Germany.
