Turkey Trot Fun Run draws 68 entrants
The annual Wayne Turkey Trot Fun Run was held in downtown Wayne with 68 participants running an optional two- or five-mile race. The overall winners in the five-mile were Andrew Dunlap of Sioux City with a 27:29 clocking and Jean Gill of Waterbury with a 29:49 effort to top the women's field. Turning to the two-mile race, the overall winners were Nate Stednitz of Wayne in 11:28 and Tammy Jackson of Allen in 15:42.
