Local youth selling board game
Board games have been popular for years. Now, residents of the Wayne area have a new board game available with a local twist.
The Wayne, Nebraska edition of Hometown USA Family Board Game is now available for purchase in Wayne.
In 1990 and 1991, Jeff and Jackie Olsen came up with the idea of developing a board game to promote wholesome values and help local church youth groups and other non-profit organizations raise money.
Through the next several years, the Olsen family shared different ideas for the game. In 2001 and 2002, after much hard work, decision-making, creative thoughts and prayer, Hometown USA Family Fun Board Game became a reality and was ready to market.
First Choice Enterprises, Inc., owned by the Olsen family, now brings this promotion to communities across the nation.
