Mark Stubbs has been named the director of college relations at Wayne State College. Stubbs, a native of Topeka, Kan., comes to Wayne State College from Lutheran Community Hospital in Norfolk where he served as director of community relations and development. His duties there included the planning, development, and implementation of all public relations, marketing and fundraising efforts. prior to Lutheran Community Hospital, Stubbs served as the assistant director of community relations and special events at the Wichita State University in Wichita, Kan. "I am very excited about coming to Wayne State College at a very bright time for the college. The campus population is on the rise, the Foundation is completing a very successful campaign, and everything looks great for Wayne State College," Stubbs said. "i'm glad to be joining such a progressive atmosphere."
