The Little Red Hen Theatre presents a high-flying production of the Broadway musical PIPPIN!

The Little Red Hen Theatre is creating some high-flying excitement with their circus infused production of the Broadway Musical PIPPIN. 

Presented over four performances in Wakefield, July 13 – 16, the show features an unforgettable score from musical theatre giant Stephen Schwartz, the captivating story of one young man's journey to be extraordinary, and an array of circus tricks and acrobatics – performed by the cast on arial silks, hoops and swings throughout the show. 

Audiences will be transported into a world of enchantment and wonder as they experience this unique and exhilarating interpretation of a beloved Broadway classic.

Set in the magical land of Pippin's imagination, this production of "PIPPIN" will feature aerial silks routines, where performers will twist, climb and soar through the air, adding an extraordinary dimension to the storytelling. 

Audiences will be captivated by the vibrant energy and creativity of the cast as they traverse Pippin's quest for meaning and fulfillment. 

With a dazzling score by Stephen Schwartz, the musical will be brought to life through iconic songs such as "Magic to Do," "Corner of the Sky" and "No Time at All," creating a truly magical and immersive experience.

The Little Red Hen Theater has assembled a cast of exceptional performers who will bring Pippin's extraordinary journey to life by combining the magic of theater with the spectacle of the circus arts. 

The show features a cast of 25 performers from across the local region: Sawyer Brudigam, Ariel Bryant, Zach Chromy, Olivia Dekok, Grfifin Ebmeier, Lydia Engel, Meg Engel, Beau Fleming, Eve Gilmore, Lexie Jackson, Elan Jepsen, Brian Johnson, Nate Johnson, Coltlynn Lortz, Kinslee Metzler, Daniel Oldenkamp, Mariah Pleskac, Jackson Pommer, Katelyn Pommer, Mike Pommer, Charity Potter, Dawn Reimers, Mirella Ruvalcaba, Ashlyn Vazquez and Cole Watchorn Newbrey. 

The creative team consists of Managing Director T. Adam Goos, Scott Mead, with choreography by Amanda Stuhr, musical direction by Tiffany Lamprecht and arial skills taught and choreographed by Lexie Kapanka.
