Following a weekend off from competition, Wakefield volleyball began a back-to-back on Monday.
From Emerson, Wakefield visited the Tri County Northeast Wolfpack.
The co-op of Allen and Emerson-Hubbard secured the 3-0 sweep over Wakefield. Tri County Northeast is now 9-4 on the season while the Trojans fell to 8-12.
Scores of the match favored the host Wolfpack 25-21, 25-10, 25-20.
The Wakefield volleyball team will next host Hartington-Newcastle and Wausa during triangular play on Tuesday, Oct. 1 starting at 5:30 p.m. Wakefield will open against Wausa, followed by Wausa vs. Hartington-Newcastle and close with Wakefield vs. Hartington-Newcastle.
